ACCESSIBILITY PLAN
At Wetaskiwin Co-op, our commitment to accessibility and inclusion is rooted in our core values of integrity, excellence, community and service. Wetaskiwin Co-op is committed to working towards an inclusive and barrier-free environment for all stakeholders, including employees, members, customers, job applicants, suppliers, and any visitors who enter the premises, accessing information provided by the company, or using the company’s goods and services.

Our commitment to accessibility and inclusion is guided by legislation, including the Canadian Human Rights Act, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Canadian Labour Code, the Employment Equity Act, and the Accessible Canada Act.

REPORTING ON OUR PLAN
As required by the Accessible Canada Act, Wetaskiwin Co-op will publish a status report every year showing the progress against our commitments. The Accessibility Plan will be reviewed and updated every three years. The Accessibility Plan is offered in any of the following formats upon request: Print, Large Print, Braille, Audio and Electronic.

YOUR INPUT - FEEDBACK
Our commitment to accessibility and inclusion incorporates a feedback process so that employees and members of the public can share their feedback, ideas, and input with us. To provide feedback on our plan, please use one of the contact methods below.

If you require support while providing feedback, let us know, and we will do our best to meet your needs. We will:
• Allow people to give feedback anonymously (without giving personal information)
• Receive feedback in multiple methods, including in-person, by telephone, in writing or/and electronically.
• Direct all feedback to the person who can take action, if required.
• Acknowledge feedback in the same way the feedback was received (except for anonymous feedback)
• Follow-up on any feedback so the submitter has up to date information about the feedback process. Notification of the procedure will be posted on the premises.
